I cannot say enough about this place!! TOP NOTCH service and customer service!! Low pressure and no hidden BS!! Omar was my salesman and he was amazing. From finance to service dept a top notch experience. I went to look at an RV at another dealer locally and was thoroughly disappointed with the high pressure sales and you had no choice to buy this package that was almost 2 k......despite not needing anything in the package and all they still make you buy it with an RV and claimed that is was mandated by the manufacturer. I went to accompany my Brother-in-law while he looked at a slide in camper for his pickup truck. We stopped at Holiday World to see if they have what he wants. I asked him to not mention that my Wife and I are thinking about getting a camper van sometime soon. While we were looking in show room, sales person Rachel asked us if she could help us. My brother-in-law told what he was looking for and said that my Wife and I was going to be looking to by a camper van. I told Rachel that we have not looked yet and not sure what my Wife and I will be getting. Rachel said they just got a used van that came in that looks brand new if I want to see it. I said O.K. and the van was in really good condition. I said my Wife would need to see it also. Rachel said no worries, we can drive to my home and let my Wife see it. This was unexpected service. We loved it and ended up making a deal and bought the van. Rachel and all employees at Holiday World have been great! There was a few minor issues that have been taken care of. Brandon in service has been great and technicians have been helpful answering questions about operating devices in the van. Friendly and helpful staff.
