Participants may earn entries through more than one eligible entry method; however, each entry method is subject to its individual entry limits as described in these official rules.

Entries are earned only for qualifying purchases made between July 1 and July 31, 2026. Customers who purchase by July 31, 2026, and take delivery of their RV by August 8, 2026, will retain their earned entries. Purchases made after July 31, 2026, are not eligible for promotional entries.

This Promotion is valid only at the following participating Holiday World RV dealerships:

  • Willis, Texas
  • Las Cruces, New Mexico

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. local time on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. local time on July 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Only entries earned during the Promotion Period are eligible. No entries will be awarded after July 31, 2026.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are not eligible to participate. Employees of Holiday World RV, its affiliated companies, advertising agencies, promotional partners, immediate family members, and members of the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Qualifying RV Purchases

All new, used, and consignment RVs purchased during the Promotion Period qualify for promotional entries, provided all other eligibility requirements are met. To qualify, the RV must be purchased between July 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026, and the customer must take delivery of the RV no later than August 8, 2026. Purchases made between August 1, 2026, and August 8, 2026, are not eligible for this Promotion and will not receive promotional entries.

How to Enter

Participants may earn entries using one or more of the following methods during the Promotion Period. Customers who purchase a qualifying new, used, or consignment RV from a participating Holiday World RV location between July 1, 2026, and July 31, 2026, and take delivery of that RV no later than August 8, 2026, will automatically receive five (5) promotional entries into the prize drawing.

Free Online Entry

No purchase is necessary. Eligible participants may visit https://www.hwhrv.com/freedom-to-explore-sales-event#entry-form during the Promotion Period and complete the official online entry form. Each completed online entry will receive one (1) promotional entry. Limit one (1) online promotional entry per person. Online entries submitted after 11:59:59 p.m. local time on July 31, 2026, will not be accepted.

Facebook Promotional Entry

No purchase is necessary. Eligible participants may receive one (1) promotional entry by tagging Holiday World RV on Facebook during the Promotion Period. Multiple tags, comments, shares, mentions, or posts by the same participant will not result in additional entries. Limit one (1) Facebook promotional entry per person. Facebook entries received after July 31, 2026, will not be accepted.

Referral Entries

Customers who refer a new customer who purchases a qualifying new, used, or consignment RV during the Promotion Period and takes delivery no later than August 8, 2026, will receive five (5) additional promotional entries. Holiday World RV reserves the right to determine the validity of all referrals.

Entry Deadlines

The following activities must occur no later than July 31, 2026, to earn promotional entries: qualifying RV purchases, online entries, and Facebook promotional entries. No promotional entries will be awarded after July 31, 2026.

RV Delivery Requirement

Customers purchasing a qualifying RV on or before July 31, 2026, must take delivery of their RV on or before August 8, 2026, to remain eligible for this Promotion. The August 8 deadline exists solely to allow customers who purchased during the Promotion Period adequate time to complete delivery. Purchases made between August 1, 2026, and August 8, 2026, are not eligible for promotional entries, even if delivery occurs before August 8, 2026.

Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected.

  • Grand Prize: One (1) $2,000 Gas Card
  • Second Prize: One (1) $1,000 Gas Card
  • Third Prize: One (1) $500 Gas Card

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Holiday World RV reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a listed prize become unavailable.

Tax Reporting

Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance. Winners of the $2,000 Gas Card and $1,000 Gas Card prizes will be required to complete a Form W-9 before receiving their prize. Holiday World RV will issue an IRS Form 1099, when required by applicable law, for the fair market value of the prize awarded. Failure to complete the required tax documentation within the timeframe established by Holiday World RV may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be contacted using the information provided during entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete any required documentation, Holiday World RV reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Verification

Holiday World RV reserves the right to verify eligibility, identity, purchase dates, delivery dates, Facebook entries, and online entries. Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, falsify, or fraudulently obtain entries may result in disqualification. Holiday World RV’s decisions regarding eligibility, entries, prize awards, and all other matters related to the Promotion are final and binding.

Facebook / Meta Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Facebook. Participants understand they are providing their information to Holiday World RV and not to Meta or Facebook. By participating, entrants release Meta and Facebook from any responsibility or liability related to this Promotion.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Holiday World RV to use the winner’s name, likeness, hometown, photographs, video, statements, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Privacy

Information collected through this Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion, contacting winners, verifying eligibility, and marketing communications in accordance with Holiday World RV’s Privacy Policy unless otherwise prohibited by law.

General Conditions

Holiday World RV reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, acts of God, natural disasters, weather events, cyberattacks, internet outages, platform outages, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Promotion. Holiday World RV reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, attempts to obtain entries through fraudulent means, violates these official rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. All decisions made by Holiday World RV regarding this Promotion are final and binding.

Technical Issues

Holiday World RV is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, or corrupted entries. Holiday World RV is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to website errors, internet disruptions, Facebook or Meta platform issues, mobile device errors, server problems, email delivery failures, form submission errors, or other technical malfunctions that may prevent participation. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

Force Majeure

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to events beyond Holiday World RV’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, supply shortages, cyberattacks, platform outages, or governmental actions, Holiday World RV reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Holiday World RV, its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, promotional partners, Meta, and Facebook from any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses arising from participation in this Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Dispute Resolution

By participating, entrants agree that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Entrants agree that any claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Promotion and shall not include attorneys’ fees, punitive damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or any other damages, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and, where applicable to the Las Cruces participating location, the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Holiday World RV may revise this section prior to publication based on legal review.

Severability

If any provision of these official rules is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
