To make it easy for you to find the Disaster Relief Trailer that is in your price range, use the below menu that has a brief description of each price "grade". All Disaster Relief Trailers from Holiday World of Houston get an LP leak check, and all but the Salvage grade trailers get an appliance check and a Texas Safety Inspection sticker.

The Dealer Spec Trailers are trailers that were designed and built for RV dealerships across the US. These trailers have holding tanks and are like any other used travel trailer you might find on the market today. They were purchased from dealers by the government to use for emergency housing.

The FEMA spec trailers are trailers that were designed and built for emergency housing by RV manufacturers. They DO NOT have any holding tanks for fresh water and sewer. Also, most have residential style refrigerators and toilets.
